I am a savvy business professional with a successful 10 + year track as a licensed realtor. I am passionate about showing you why you should buy/rent and live in Lexington’s fantastic city. I am passionate about making things happen. I am a transplant from Maine & Canada & have been a part of Lexington’s urban market for over 12 years. CREDENTIALS/VOLUNTEER POSITIONS:
My credentials include ABR designation (extra education for buyers), SFR designation (short sale and foreclosure education) and, have also been a member of Keller Williams Luxury Homes Division and the Commercial Division.. This extra education and branding has given me that extra touch you need to sell or buy. I sit on the city’s Historic Commission Board as the realtor representative & have specialized & lived as an urbanite for years. I also sit as the Realtor member on the city’s Vacant Property Review Commission. I am also a past business owner and sell/lease Commercial Real Estate as well as Residential Real Estate.

MY NICHE:
Working in an Urban setting requires a deeper knowledge of the community, walking tours, knowledge of the historic overlay districts, etc. My work philosophy includes the “get to know your neighbor” tour…either by walking a neighborhood or taking a tour on a bicycle.

I created a sales niche in the Urban Area 10 years ago but sell EVERYWHERE!! I am a sales professional with a great history of having sold Mega Millions.
